How do I care for my ceramic items?
All ceramic pieces are glazed with food safe glazes making them functional for both food or drink. Your pottery is completely dishwasher safe, though hand washing is kinder to your pottery and is recommended to maintain its quality and longevity. Your pottery is safe for the microwave, but is NOT safe for oven use. Quick changes in temperature can cause thermal shock which may result in breakage.

How do I take care of my earrings?
All ceramic earrings are made with hypoallergenic wire loops for people with sensitive skin. However, if you have a specific allergy to metal please be aware that your specific allergy to metal may not be accommodated for. Most cleaning solutions are acceptable on earring loops and shouldnt damage clay or design. Do not use abrasive scrubs to clean earrings, this could cloud the glassy glaze coating.

SHIPPING + RETURNS
Can I return my order?
We are not accepting returns at this time. Please take care to look over photos, size and weight descriptions.
My order broke in the mail. Now what?
If one or more of your pieces was broken due to delivery or packaging fault, you will be reimbursed for your order. Each order is insured, please reach out within 2 weeks of delivery. Include photos detailing damage to box and pieces broken to insure you are eligible for reimbursement.
